Pacesetter Campaign
Each year, several companies participate in our Pacesetter program by conducting their employee campaigns during July and August. The donation results of these companies are then announced in September at our annual Kickoff.
United Way of York County gives recognition to these companies that follow certain criteria in planning and implementing their individual United Way employee campaigns.
