United Way of York County Tocqueville Society:

 

The Fall Tocqueville Reception was held on October 4th at the home of Rick and Carol Smith. The guests enjoyed a visit from Alexis de Tocqueville himself! Randy Coble, BAE Systems Campaign Coordinator (and Shakespearean actor on the side), brought Mr. Tocqueville to life and provided an overview of the famous writer’s life, modestly explaining why the Tocqueville Society bears his name. His presentation was both educational and entertaining.
