Loaned Campaign Associates
Each year, United Way of York County asks companies and organizations to select one or more employees to participate in its Loaned Campaign Associate (LCA) program. This program is a great way to develop the leadership, communication and public speaking skills of employees while providing needed support for the community.
Each LCA provides vital resources to our annual fundraising campaign for two major reasons: an LCA enables us to keep United Way’s overhead costs low so that more funds can go directly into our community, and LCAs work with several hundred companies and organizations in York County to help the United Way raise a tremendous amount of funds.
When combined, the power, energy and talent of the LCAs, volunteer leaders and our staff can produce unlimited results.
