Accreditation Trainings
The Accreditation Work Group assists early childhood education providers in securing accreditation or re-accreditation from the National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC). For meeting times, contact Christy S. Renjilian.
- NAEYC accredits centers that have achieved a high standard of excellence in areas ranging from classroom design and curriculum to the interaction of providers with children and parents. Nationwide, approximately 7% of all centers are accredited. In York County, there are 12 accredited centers.
