This special Grand Prize coincides with United Way of York County’s 100-year anniversary of community impact in 2021.Each year, United Way of York County engages thousands of individuals in York County’s largest annual fundraising effort. Generous companies who believe in the power of United Way sponsor special Prize Giveaway items as an extra incentive for generosity — and this year, local companies have stepped up for United Way of York County’s special Centennial year!

The 2021 United Way of York County Campaign kicks off Friday, August 27, in conjunction with Day of Action. Prize Entries are due by noon November 19, 2021, to the United Way of York County office. Donors can also give online at www.unitedway-york.org/give.
Prize winners will be announced at the United Way of York County Campaign Celebration to be held in early 2022.

For 100 years, United Way of York County has worked in the York County community to improve people’s lives. It began as The York Welfare Federation, an organization that raised funds on behalf of 17 member agencies. Today, as United Way of York County, the mission of raising community funds remains the same, but the strategies have evolved in order to meet the growing and changing needs of people living in York County.
United Way has adapted over the years and now collaborates with other public and private organizations to engage the community in addressing the complex issues facing York County.
