Members and guests are invited to join Women United for our next Interviews With Inspiring Women lunch event, featuring Delma Rivera-Lytle on Thursday, August 17th at Sara Ellen Event Venue in York. The program runs 11:30am - 1:00pm and includes lunch.
Delma Rivera-Lytle has evangelized the gospel of diversity and inclusion her entire life. 
The little girl from Puerto Rico became the diversity education specialist for a school district that has grown more diverse each year, telling students to embrace their differences and take pride in them.
Formerly the Diversity Education Specialist at Central York School District. Delma is also a leader with PA Governor's Advisory Commission for Latino Affairs, Latinos Unidos of York, CASA, York County History Center, YMCA, YWCA-Racial Justice Committee, Confronting Racism Coalition of York and United Way of York County. In 2022, Delma was named Ms. Senior PA America and competed in the national pageant.
