United Way of York County’s Emerging Leaders Society is a network of young professionals who share a passion for advancing community solutions and furthering their professional development. Members embody United Way’s mission to improve lives by inspiring and uniting our One York Community. Through networking events and hands-on volunteering opportunities, members leverage the power of United Way to connect, serve, and lead personally and professionally.

Purpose: To build a stronger, caring community by engaging emerging community leaders and United Way supporters through volunteerism, education and networking.

Vision: For each member to grow their relationship with the United Way of York County by increasing financial generosity, volunteerism, and civic engagement.
